is an installation consisting of three pieces: Oil on Canvas, Charcoal Portrait, and Resolution of the Flame.  Shown in the Nightingale-Brown house in Providence, Rhode Island in 2005, it is an investigation of the nature of creative inspiration, the “spark” of an idea.
